  • 2. Ordered

The automatic registration systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. C.D.E confirms the acceptance of his order to the customer at the email address that he has communicated. The sale will only be concluded from the confirmation of the order. C.D.E reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment for a previous order.   • 3. Delivery

The time for dispatching an order corresponds to an indicative timeframe from the day following that of the validation by the Buyer of his order.

The estimated time for shipping an order is based on that of the item in this order with the longest shipping time.

  • 4. Shipping times

C.D.E undertakes to deliver the products in the catalog within 2 to 10 working days,

after acceptance of the order.

  • 5. Product return

The buyer has 14 clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons.
When the fourteen-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer except for a reference error or product defect.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, CDE is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer and this reimbursement will be in the form of a credit note which will be valid for one year on all products on the site, with the exception of the costs of return which will be borne by the buyer.

The price is expressed in euros and excluding VAT.
The price indicated on the product sheets does not include preparation costs for orders of less than € 250 excl.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed exclusive of tax and not including VAT for France and the countries of the EEC. This price includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packaging and conservation of the products, the costs of transport and commissioning.

  • 7. Product unavailability

Despite all the precautions taken, the product ordered and purchased may no longer be available. It is necessary to know that your order is recorded during the payment of your purchases and not when ordering them. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by C.D.E ..
The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the actual order.
Payment is made by credit card bearing the initials CB, by PayPal or by bank transfer.

The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the concerned bank payment centers have given their agreement. In case of refusal of said centers, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by email. In addition, C.D.E reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

9. Disputes

This contract is subject to French law. C. D.E cannot be held responsible for any damage of any kind, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which could result from a malfunction or from the improper use of the products sold. It is the same for the possible modifications of the products resulting from the manufacturers. The responsibility of CDE will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be blamed for simple errors or omissions which may have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products. the application of this contract, the buyer has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution in particular with the help:
a professional association of the branch, a consumer association or any other council of its choice. It is recalled that the search for an amicable solution does not interrupt the "short period" of the legal guarantee, nor the duration of the contractual guarantee. 10. Guarantee

In all cases CDE cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the regulatory and legislative provisions in force in the receiving country, CDE's liability is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, its date of sale and this. without recourse possibilities against the brand or the company producing the product.
In any event, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of eviction and hidden defects (Article 1625 and following of the Civil Code). Provided that the buyer provides proof of the hidden defect, the seller must legally repair all the consequences (article 1641 and following of the civil code); if the buyer goes to court, he must do so within a "short time" from the discovery of the hidden defect (art.1648 of the civil code).
